Once your order has been placed and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details, including a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Please note:
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Our parcel pickup time is Monday to Friday at 2 PM.
If your order misses the Friday pickup, updates may not appear until the next business day.
This also applies to statutory holidays and long weekends.
If you don’t see tracking updates right away, don’t worry—just check back a little later!
