Can I cancel, edit, or add items to my order?Updated 3 days ago

Canada warehouse orders

If your order status is still Unfulfilled, we may be able to help with order cancellations or adding or removing items.

Once the order is marked Fulfilled, we’re no longer able to make any changes.


U.S. warehouse orders
Orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse are fulfilled by a third-party logistics partner (3PL) and are processed very quickly, often the same day the order is placed.

Once an order enters the picking process, changes are no longer possible. Because of this, the likelihood of being able to modify or cancel a U.S. warehouse order is extremely limited.


Please note that our customer service team typically replies within 1–2 business days. While we’ll always try our best to help, we’re unable to guarantee immediate processing of order change or cancellation requests.
