Can I change the address on my order?Updated 3 days ago

Canada warehouse orders

We can update your shipping address as long as the order has not yet been handed over to the carrier.

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, we’re no longer able to make any changes.
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an address issue, it will be returned to the sender, and additional reshipping costs will apply.


U.S. warehouse orders

For orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse, we’ll always do our best to assist with address updates. However, these orders are fulfilled by a third-party logistics partner (3PL), and once a shipping label has been created, changes are no longer possible.


Please note that our customer service team typically replies within 1–2 business days. While we’ll always try our best to help, we’re unable to guarantee immediate processing of address change requests.
