Can I request to combine-ship my orders?Updated 3 days ago
We’re happy to try and combine shipping when possible. Please note the following:
Canada warehouse orders
Holiday season (November–December): We’re unable to accept combined shipping requests during this busy period.
Non-holiday season (January–October): Requests are only accepted for unfulfilled orders.
While we can’t guarantee combined shipping, we’ll always do our best to accommodate your request.
If we’re able to combine your orders and save on postage, a shipping refund will be issued to one of the orders.
U.S. warehouse orders
Orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse are fulfilled by a third-party logistics partner (3PL) and cannot be combined once placed.
