Canada warehouse orders
If your order status is still Unfulfilled, we may be able to assist with a cancellation.
Once an order is marked Fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled.

U.S. warehouse orders
Orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse are fulfilled by a third-party logistics partner (3PL) and are processed very quickly, often the same business day.

Once an order enters the picking stage, cancellations are no longer possible. Because of this, the ability to cancel U.S. warehouse orders is extremely limited.

Please note that our customer service team typically replies within 1–2 business days. While we’ll always try our best to help, we’re unable to guarantee immediate processing of cancellation requests.

If an order cannot be canceled and is delivered successfully, it may still be eligible for return in accordance with our Return Policy.
