Canada warehouse returns
Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the return is processed.

U.S. warehouse returns
Returns sent to our U.S. warehouse are processed by a third-party logistics partner (3PL). Once the return arrives at the warehouse, please allow up to 15 business days for processing and refund issuance.

Please note that refund timing may vary slightly depending on your payment provider.
