Due to the delicate nature of these items (e.g., TRP sewn bound planners, hole-punched inserts), all paper products are final sale.

Oops Sale Items

‘Oops’ products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

If you’re unsure about the condition, feel free to request a confirmation email (photo of any defects will be sent) at the time of ordering.

Pre-Orders

All pre-orders are final sale from the moment of purchase. This policy is in place due to the special nature of preorder production.
