Canada warehouse shipments
We ship using Canada Post, UPS, Intelcom, Purolator, DHL, and UniUni.

For shipments sent via Canada Post, once your parcel reaches the destination country, it will be handed over to the local postal service (for example, USPS in the United States or Royal Mail in the United Kingdom).

For the most accurate tracking updates, please use the same tracking number on the local postal service’s website once the parcel has arrived in your country.

U.S. warehouse shipments
Orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse may be sent via OnTrac, USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
